1. Please forgive my ignorance since I lack a vagina but
wouldn't that hurt? I remember Lysol as pretty strong stuff. I can't imagine a Lysol douch would be very pleasant.
Are you sure?
You post on DU.

7. Women used to squirt many kinds of fluids up their vaginas
for "cleaning" and to kill sperm. I'm sure it hurt. But women would do what they had to in those days.
And the GOP must realize...we're never going back.
Yes, we're sure you're an expert on squirting.

8. I'm so pissed about the war on women
that I can hardly reign in my inner "feminazi" to shout loud enough about it.
Here comes the Lysol, because women are stinky, but their husbands are pristine. Men need Viagra to get it up, but women are to blame for getting themselves pregnant.
You're a metro-sexual, aren't you?
Inner feminazi, my rosie red arse. Puss.
Oops, Nye inadvertently piddles on the campfire.

10. It looks like this was being pushed for "feminine hygiene", not birth control.
The ad seems to want to make women paranoid about not being fresh "down there". I believe that douches are still advertised today, despite not being medically advised.

Before the turn of the century (1900) there was this thing women sat on and used water to flush themselves out after sex....antique birth control.
But that was before DUmmie wymins became allergic to water.

If you don't use water, soap is useless..

Were the American people asked to pay for the Lysol?

These idiots can moan and groan all they want about women sqirtin' somethin' up the chute, but it would never do any good! Sperm are swimmers. If they were goin' to get pregnant, they already were when they started tryin' to kill a child, before they started with their so called birth control.
Unless they can kill the egg that drops from the fallopian tube and into the uterus, their shit outa luck! I suppose there is probably a way to do that, but wouldn't it also damage the ovaries? "Toots" is outa town so I can't ask her. What say you Girls?

You people are hysterical and not in the "funny" sense.

Medicine used to hold, that the "cure" for a hysterical woman, was a hysterectomy.
