In DUmp democrat circles, one normally becomes a grandparent at somewhere around 30 to 35 years of age, so it's likely that McGrath is talking about the first child born to his legitimate children.

Recall that poor, addled grasswire Judy claims to be the matriarch of five generations while still in her 60s.
