What sweetness!!!

Nice!
Probably wobbly on all those legs, but it won't take him long to manage 'em!

awwwww...
I always wonder when I see the new born animals, like horses, giraffes, even cows....how their spindley little legs don't snap. They look so delicate. Just another of God's little miracles.....

I note that Traveller, Robert E. Lee's horse, was an American Saddlebred. These are the horses that do the normal gaits, but also the rack (I think that's the one where they snap up their hocks very quickly and bend them at the knee).
Beautiful animals!

Smooth ride and very intelligent. Their curiosty can be a problem, they get into everything. This mare opened the patio doors and came in the kitchen- at 3 am. She was waiting at the gate once with her head stuck in a lawn chair. If you're working on something, she's there to help; last night she stole a truck dolly. She likes to steal tools, hats and she picks pockets. We call her "Lips". :-)

Sounds like my parrot Phoebe! Well, she probably couldn't steal a truck dolly but she'll make short work of an apple that she's stolen, flinging bits of it all around the kitchen. If you think that's funny, you ought to see the "bloodbath" that occurs after she's stolen a pomegranate. :lmao:
