Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/1791.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Ok while not directly it is indirectly.

I can see a whole host of issues arising from trying to accommodate Muslims. Would they be forced to schedule games to not conflict with daily prayers being the most obvious one.  What about furnishing footbaths?  Cheerleaders?
