BHN expressed concern because an alert was not acted on to her satisfaction, so in a new topic suggestions for change are being made/requested.

Question about Jury Transparency- thinking out loud...
Without being able to identify unsuitable jurors, how are we to
effectively compose our Jury Blacklists?
Case in point-
I alerted on an obvious spammer/ranter/disruptor earlier.
The jury voted to leave the spam visible.
I would like a way to black list the jurors who ignored the TOS and CS
but I don't know who they are.
Second case in point:
I alerted on a poster who clearly posted a personal attack on me-
it has now been self deleted, but the jury on that allowed it to stand as well.

Has been repeatedly posting the rant on random threads although it has
NOTHING to do with any of the OPs.

Cliff Notes, (as far as I can tell): There was a suspected "spammer" trying to tell a tale of his torture behind the Iron Curtain. The DUmmies think that's off-topic, and also disses the Commies. They obssess about it. Then, Iverglas comes in and puts on her psychobabble hat, and suggests it was "all in his head." Which pisses me off.

Juries are voting to "leave it" despite the clear violations of TOS. Not sure what to make of that...
Perhaps the juries have not read the TOS?

14. Thankfully, we can rely on the MIRT when juries fail.

I am leaning towards more transparency in the jury participants...
I think I will start by adding my name to any jury I serve on. The "no explanation given" is not acceptable to me in a case like letting this nut job spam the board.
REALLY?
"No explanation given" for letting this rant stand in a thread
completely unrelated to the rant?
WTF???????
BHN
Little Miss Pissy Pants sure is in a snit.
She started a second thread, because apparently no one took the first thread seriously enough.
Man are the DUmpmonkeys high maintenance or what? No wonder the Skammer upped the fee, who wants to put up with this shit!

Someone should alert on her for spamming the forum.

For a moment there, I thought the nimrod was talking about actual juries and ways to keep conservatives off of them.
A result of not being willing to put anything past these brownshirt mooks.

For the 1st time ever I clicked the "Report to moderator" button, not that I wanted to report this post, I just wanted to see what it was like to click on it because I never thought to report someone here even if I disagreed with them, and I think only 1 time did I report someone on a political board and it was because the person attacked the spouse of the candidate by calling her a drug addict with absolutely no proof at all, turns out they were trolling. They're such whiny babies over there!

I voted to let it stand.
Just knew it would stir the pot. :rotf:
It did.
