BOYCOTT RUSHLIMBAUGH SPONSORS
I will no longer purchase products from your company. Through your sponsorship of Rush Limbaugh you are supporting his degrading and disrespectful comments towards women. If in the future, you should choose to remove your sponsorship, I will once again purchase from your company. Today he he referred to a woman who testified before congress as a slut and that she should post videos of herself having sex on the web if taxpayers paid for Birth control.
HERE IS THE SPONSOR LIST
This is our current list of Rush Limbaugh advertisers as of 01/31/11. We have tried to keep our list updated as sponsors come and go but cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of this list.

You pitiful little DUmmies. Y'all don't have the political or financial muscle to effect any changes. Rush made more money today that the combined wealth of all 150,000* DUmmies.
*LOL- not even close.
Star Member Raven
1. Thank you. I've begun the emails. n/t
Rush is in trouble now. The DUmmies have legal representation.
Still new and sure to grow.
-
It is so cute when they think they matter.
-
Hell, neighbor--it tells me what to buy! :-)
-
Aren't you asses sick of having to check your boycott list before you buy something? You make your lives so complicated.
-

Truth be told, they can only check their wish list.
-
A bunch of goods and services none of them would've sprung for in a million years, even in the unlikely event they could afford any of them!
:rotf: :rotf: :rotf:
-
How many times are they going to try this? It hasn't worked in the past 25 years, why would it work now?
-
I've been eyeing a sleep number bed. It's in our budget (after saving for a few months).
You DUmmies are so cute.
-
ROFL - so go ahead and boycott companies with quality products that do actually make life better/easier/more efficient! Why does this just seem EXACTLY what a DUer mindset would be?
-
Moonbats sending in angry e-mails over Rush? Say it ain't so!
I'll bet his sponsors, radio stations, etc., have never seen that before. How will they ever survive?
:rotf:

20 million listeners a day, DUmb****s. Your 1000 or so drug-addled, smelly asses aren't going to matter much.
-
A truly meaningless gesture.
I have posted before that when Randy Roads (sic don't care) did that bit about killing GW Bush on Err America and I found out about HP sponsoring her show but Will do so again. At the time our company was buying about $800K/yr of high end logic analyzers and meters form them. I called our salesman and told him I was going to get quotes from B&K, LeCroy and others for the equipment as I was so pissed that HP would be sponsoring this shit. The sales guy had no idea what was going on but would send it up the chain. The next morning I got a call from the southern regional VP of HP assuring me that there was no reason to look elsewhere as HP had immediately stopped their ads on Err America from all the complaints received. By the end of the conversation we had agreed on a 8% discount for the rest of the year. Also got a few dinners out of the local rep to keep us happy.
That is what happens when there is actual buying power and it is used. A DUmbat boycott will do nothing to Rush. Hell it might even get him more sponsors.

Me and you Evil, me and you!
I'd luv to have one! It would have to help my back! I've tried that memory foam shit, and am not impressed.
If Rush likes them, that's all i need to know! He had some pretty serious back problems in the past, and he says these things work!

I believe it's closer to 30 mil!

I believe it's closer to 30 mil!
Maybe, but when you're talking about 1000 or so true members of the DUmp, they ain't the 300 who held off how many thousands of Athenians . . . . so 20 or 30 million listeners for Rush is overwhelming at that point, either way one looks at it.
-
DUmmies are going to boycott Sleep # beds....probably just as well, I hear they don't work very well on concrete floors.

Your average flophouse doesn't come furnished with Tempur-pedics.
-
You'd think that they'd ask Dingy Harry what happened when he took on Rush...

Oh you won't regret it...it's the best decision we ever made. It does get interesting sometimes, though because my husband's sleep number is 45 and mine is 25 so we tend to sink in that direction during...well you get the idea.

Uh, sorry Bubba, but they were Persians, so I fixed it for ya.
-
Wow! That is one lame form letter, complete with typos and random capitalization.
It looks like it was written by DUmpmonkey rsmithnumbers.
As for Rush's advertisers, he's the reason I developed a taste for Snapple, have a Bose Wave radio in my office, have an eight-pound Oreck in an upstairs closet, and know my sleep number is around 75.
Celebrity endorsements work, as much as people like to deny it.
I remember my dad's hair turning light green back in the 70s, after Pete Rose endorsed Grecian Formula.
-
Lucky for the primitives, they don't have to try too hard to boycott that list, since none of them take food stamps.
-
I have TWO Orecks!!!!
-

David Oreck is a decorated WWII Navy veteran. I'd buy a vacuum cleaner from him any day.

My wife got 2 dozen roses from ProFlowers on Valentine's Day (she didn't want any Sharri's Berries, although we have had them, and they are GOOD ), and for the price, AutoZone's cheapest brake pads work great on my mail delivery car. (The "good" ones cost 3 times as much, and don't last any longer. Exception: the "Carbon Metallic" ones from Performance Friction, but they squeal like a banshee!)
I usually get my parts from NAPA, (son works there, owner is a friend), but if I need something after 12 noon on Saturday, it's either AutoZone or Advance Auto. Otherwise, I call NAPA, have it the next morning, no extra charge for the shipping, AND I DON'T HAVE TO PREPAY FOR THE PART!!!! :II:
-
So, can you DUmmies explain to me how boycotting companies you don't buy from anyway, because they advertise on a program you don't listen to, played on radio stations you don't tune in, syndicated on a network you demonize, owned by a corporation you despise, is supposed to bring financial ruin to Rush Limbaugh?
Have I got it right so far?
-
Clearly, for what the DUmmies are against I am 100% for... :bird: Suck it losers. :loser:

HA! One sponsor down for Rush
Sleep Train Mattress (@theSleepTrain)
3/2/12 1:01 AM
Thanks to all of you for your concern and input. We are currently pulling all ads with Rush Limbaugh
First off. Who?
Secondly, Rush has said many times that he uses the products of his sponsors. We know that he uses a sleep number bad, so there's more to this than sleep train is telling.
-
I haven't heard the Sleeptrain ads, never heard of them. Maybe they advertised many years ago and no longer do.
LegalZoom is useful for those who
a) have business interests and
b) require having a will.
Doesn't apply to DUmpmonkeys. I have an account, though.
-
Jesus, how many bongloads and bags of Cheetos does it take to buy a Sleep Number bed?
And no, DUmmies, that wasn't a serious question, and NO, they won't take them in trade.
-
How many times are they going to try this? It hasn't worked in the past 25 years, why would it work now?
Ummm, they are Liberals. It's gonna work, this time.
-

This is more than likely some local station's advertising, cause as far as I know, they've never advertised on the show, and i have a Rush 24/7 subscription. Never heard of 'em!
My local station has Rush on and when he takes breaks, they play their own commercials. Some of them are corporate sponsors.

I used to read those customer reviews on Amazon religiously, and lots of times based buying decisions on them.
Over time, I've concluded that their reliability is very nearly zero, like restaurant reviews on Yelp.
In the retail world, posting bad reviews on competitors must be a full-time job for one's friends and relatives.

I'll stick with my Sealy Posturepedic Kirkhaven.

...but Oreck's are da bawmmb, lightweight and very powerful. Plus, its inventor's voice doesn't piss me off like that Dyson tool.

Like he wouldn't just get another sponsor. Though I'd like to see proof that this is real. Companies are going to do more than "thank you for letting us know", there's going to be a little bit more PR crap than that. If it's a response to an email/letter they'd make sure to let the person know they don't support Rush's point of view (chances are it would be more than one paragraph) and they would be sending said email/letter back all those who wrote them. If it's a phone call, the people answering are NOT authorized to give this kind of response. They're job is to say "Thank you, I'll let X,Y,Z know". But the DUmmies will eat this up because it's what they want to hear.

They've been trying this boycott shit for years, Cindie. I don't know why they think "oh, no you d'int! We're REALLY going to boycott now, damn you, you reichthug!" is going to work this time.
BTW, who has the DUmmie boycott graph?
-
I haven't heard the Sleeptrain ads, never heard of them. Maybe they advertised many years ago and no longer do.
I never heard of Sleep Train, so I nadined them. They're a local group of mattress stores in Sacramento and the Sodomy City Bay Area.
So they're a local advertiser, not a customer of the EIB.
I doubt Rush can be damaged by one of those outfits that hires winos to spin "mattress sale" signs on weekend street corners.
-
We bought a king Stearns and Foster extra firm when we moved to our new house. I love it.

Heh! I knew I was right! Just too damn lazy to look it up myself! I knew one of ya guys would come thru!
Thanx, Bubba!

Yeah, sorry. I played it by ear; didn't look it up in my Funk-n-Obama. :-)
