 Republicans for Obama?
I talked to a friend yesterday who was telling me about an Obama For America organizing meeting she had led last week. She said about half the people there introduced themselves as registered Republicans. They not only planned on voting for Obama, they were volunteering to work for him as well.

She said she asked them who they voted for in 2008 and about half said McCain. And she asked them why they were voting for Obama now and most of them said "Santorum". One lady told her even if Santorum doesn't get the nomination, the fact that he has gone this far in the process was a major negative for all of the Republicans she knows.

Makes sense to me. This is a very Republican state, but the Republicans are split into moderates and the far right. The moderates are more and more disgusted all the time by the far right teabaggers who are taking over the party.

So perhaps we may start to see Republican for Obama bumper stickers.

Ya know, I'm seeing a few Obama 2012 stickers here and there.

But I'm seeing a LOT more anti-Obama stickers these days.  Just sayin, kids.

I can't give it any because, like the bouncy I just posted about, it is recycled from previous bouncies. They're not even original anymore.

I like this.  Hopefully, DUmmies in open primary states will help us out by voting for Santorum, only to be shocked when he cleans Barry's clock in the general election.

C'mon DUmmies, if you're confident that Santorum is unelectable, help us nominate him!

The Maine democtatic Obama primary yesterday:

Maine Republicans held a competitive primary with four candidates earlier in the month, whereas President Barack Obama is all but certain to win the Democratic nomination. In Eliot, 36 Democrats voted for Obama and four were uncommitted, while in South Berwick, 16 voted for Obama and one voted for a write-in.

Seems to be a little Obama enthusiasm problem here don't ya think?  OR is this Obama fatigue ?
