I went to the doctor today
My doctor is a wonderful woman who is very progressive and provides care for the uninsured. I really admire her. We often talk politics.
So today I asked her to tell me about transvaginal sonograms. She went into a long detailed explanation about how most docs and moms really liked them better because they could see more of the baby. And her pregnant daughter had just had one and it was so awesome.
So I finally stopped her and said "well what do you think about the new law in Virginia that requires women to have a transvaginal sonogram before they can have an abortion?"
My doctor had her back turned to me and was writing on my chart when I asked her this. She stopped, turned around, looked at me and asked me to tell her that again.
Then she said that was positively one of the most disgusting things she had ever heard. And she said: "Those bastards!! This really is a war on women."

things can cut them off in the bedroom. Stop cooking nice meals. Stop cleaning their homes. Maybe block by block. Women married to republicans can start it and other women can support them.

5. Historically, I believe the ploy you suggest has worked.
How you're going to organize Republican women to start it...you have your work cut out for you. Most of the Republican women I know, and I know very few but they are all liberal for Republicans, are just as appalled at this turn of events as we are. I'm thinking that they are trying to lose this election. They can't win without women's votes.

Democrat... I know I've had some influence on him and he tended to be thoughtful anyway.. just not to apt in politics. After listening to me forever, he's gotten the connection between bank account and political party... That was the key to turning his brain around... Now, he's more supportive of the President than my flamingly impatient liberal pinkie commie ass is... LOL.
There's the conversion! Where are the cops in the bushes?
I give it no bongs. I expect better from these people.

.. and SOOOOOOOOO dangerous. You should only have one very early in the pregnancy, or later in the pregnancy if you need to determine how effaced the cervix is.
No reputable OB/GYN will recommend one because "moms really liked them." :whatever:

Isn't this the manipulative, the-only-power-I've-got-is-between-my-legs sort of thinking and behavior of pre 1960? Isn't a woman smart and capable enough to argue a case on its own merits in front of a man? I guess you don't think so, SYB.

I don't understand. After seeing this, they then proceed with an abortion.
Their argument of the baby being just a clump of cells becomes meaningless and without merit.
