The RW is seizing domains and google sites so they can put out misinformation. I am not on facebook but I would tell that a-hole to go screw himself. Facts are irrelevant to pathological liars.
Makes sense, since you are unable to provide any facts!! :rotf:

Tell them that a link to a reliable industry source would be acceptable, and if they cannot come up with anything except right-wing blogger bullshit sources, call them on it.
The refinery that is being shut down in St. Croix is closing because the joint owners made the decision that EPA compliance was too costly, so instead of spending the money to update the facility, Hess and Petroleos de Venezuela SA, the national oil company of Venezuala who jointly own and run that facility decided to close it.
The same rules all the other refineries must abide by, you know, the ones legally operating and NOT shutting down.
The EPA did not make that decision for them; they made it themselves.
Well, that certainly debunks the idea that the EPA is shutting it down. Or whatever!! :loser:

Among other things.

These are my favorite du posts!

So let me get this straight, the GOP is taking over various websites searched through Google to spread lies about high gas prices being Obama's fault? I'm confused.
-
Nothing could ever be owebuma's fault.

Oh, I'm sure the EPA figured quite heavily in the decision to close down.
Hey, DUmbass. Who pays for the EPA's regulations du jour?
The oil companies? Well, yes, but where do the oil companies get their money from and how?
FROM US, by producing and selling a product we want/need.
What happens when costs are (unnecessarily) increased on a company thru bureaucratic regulations? Prices go up.
Who pays for this cost increase? WE DO!
F'n idiots! :hammer:
On a side note, who OWNS Petroleos de Venezuela SA? Why, that would be everybody at the DUmp's bestest buddy, Hugo Chavez.
SO, IOW, the EPA just closed down one of DUmpbuddy Hugo's refineries, costing Hugo a buttload of money.
Sometimes Karma can be a real bitch!
