ACORN-linked group raising funds for California 'Occupy' protest
A re-branded ACORN branch in California is raising money to help fund an upcoming "Occupy" protest in Sacramento, FoxNews.com has learned.
The Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment sent out letters this month pleading for contributions of up to $20,000 for buses, food, printing, sound and other supplies for an upcoming event dubbed "Occupy the Capitol."

Not very surprising.
-
The libs should be encouraged to donate to causes that are a complete waste of money.

Then they will demand larger welfare/disability checks and more on their foodstamp cards.

I've wanted to tell about Occupy Sheridan that I saw last Saturday when I cruised through town. But, it wasn't worthy of it's own thread.
I got to sit at a red light and noticed two guys. One was leaning on a 3'x5' piece of plywood with "Clean up campaign spending. Occupy Sheridan." The second had a similar sized piece of plywood, that he, too, was leaning on, that read, "Enact campaign reform. Occupy Sheridan." The owner of the business behind them had their attention and was pointing to a little area on the corner, maybe where they could stand without ticking him off?
I don't think our liberals know how to Occupy very well. Please don't the Cali-kooks to help.

Just to clarify, I meant the libs who have disposable income. I'm digging a hole here, all income is disposable to libs.

Why am I not surprised to find portapotties are NOT among the list of essential items...

They probably got lost on the way to Jackson Hole...Wyoming's version to Taos, Austin, San Freaksicko, Charlotte, Boulder, etc...and I used to love Jackson Hole. Really.
Yeah, the best thing ACORN, Soros, OWS, et al, can do is act like petulant little children all spring and summer long. Because if the GOP doesn't tie the Dems statement supporting OWS to the campaign with, "You vote for Obama, you get THIS," then they DESERVE to lose. Go ahead, you spoiled little shits--act up. Show America what you're really all about, especially during an election year where the shit will be fresh in everyone's minds when they hit the voting booth.

I was tracking the Wyoming trust fund babies that holed up in someone's relative's lodge in Jackson. They were rumored to have Sheridan on the list of stops. From what I heard, they wore out their welcome in that presently unused place after a week and a half and drifted toward the west coast. Haven't heard of them since. Maybe they'll stop here in late May or June.
