The dems in WI made a big stink about the law passed requiring voters to show a picture ID in order to vote. There were heart breaking stories about Octogenarians being forced to "pay a poll tax" in order to get a valid ID  :bawl: Link about a DUmmy (http://thinkprogress.org/justice/2011/12/05/381885/wisconsin-voter-id-law-may-force-84-year-old-woman-to-pay-200-to-get-a-voter-id/?mobile=nc) .

But when it comes to processing petitions they passed around to recall Walker and others?

So a woman who is a poster child (or elder) of the forces against the voter ID law would not herself be allowed to process petitions recalling the supporters of the law.

That implies they lack sufficient mental attributes to discern the consequences of their separate actions.

I reject that implication. They know full well what they do and why.
