Interesting. I have read of another case similar to that in Florida in 2009 I think. Don't know what became of it.

As he should. A death occurred while he was attempting to commit a felony that would otherwise not have happened. Should be a pretty straightforward instance of felony murder.

I hope they give him the chair.

I hope donations pour in for this woman.  Her husband, the childs father, died on Christmas Eve of cancer  :bawl:

It's a great story.  Did the DUmmies heads assplode?  I'll go look.  

No, they're only talking about it hidden in the deep dark recesses of the gungeon, on a great-great-grandchild board.  They sound like us.  No mention in the Breaking News.

Good for her.  I don't understand why she asked if shooting an intruder was okay, but whatever, good outcome just the same.

Yup 18 and by the looks of it married at 17.     

She had to grow up allot faster then most kids, imagine being that age having a baby and a husband who died Christmass Day.   

Somewhere down the line someone taught her very well, how to handle the expected and the unexpected in a manner that would try some others 3 times her age.

I would like to know more about this young girl, and naturally what possessed those monsters to target her.

She is the kind of girl that anyone would be proud of as a daughter or daughter-in law.   

3 cheers for the 911 responder that gave her the confidence to protect her baby.
