1. I thought that with all the talk
About prosecuting Wall Street execs somebody would at least be able to post the crime they will be charged with
but here we are

3. Just a bit confused
Was there actual crimes committed?
Or is this just fake outrage ?
Is it strange that people are demanding prosecutions but can't even point to the crime that was committed

4. It is a vague generality used to stir people up
No one can be prosecuted without probable cause to believe that a person committed a certain violation. But you are right. We never see a quote for which federal or state statutes might have been violated.
In fact, wasn't it the repeal of prior laws that helped bring about the housing bubble?
Truth on the DUmp??? :o

16. Try Google.
William K. Black and Michael Hudson have written extensively on the topic.
Bill Moyers used to cover it on his show. 60 Minutes has done a few pieces.
Barry Ritholtz's blog is a good source.
There are literally dozens of books out that cover the topic. Econned, It Takes a Pillage, The Great American Stickup.
You're a few years late to the story so you've got some serious catching up to do.
A typical non answer.

Come on DUmbasses, you want to throw everyone in jail, step up to the plate and name the crimes.
-
Simple answer..they can't....those wall street big wigs were following the laws as their dummy leaders set forth.
-
Getting bailed out by the government is a crime? Who knew? Idiot.
You want to throw somebody in jail for insider trading, start with Nancy Pelosi. Go from there.

Just like asking one of the "gay marriage is a basic human right" drones (yeah, No Limit, I'm talking about you) to point out in actual law and case precedence where this "basic human right" of marriage exists.
Dead silence.

They're using the same law books they used to frog march Bush, Cheney, etc..

Uh huh.
For the primitives, "feeling" something is the same thing as "proving" something.

As I have mentioned before my ex is a Kiwi and automatically leans left. Being a mental therapist and a philosophy major didn't help matters. One day we got into a "discussion" about some U.S. law ( no idea which ) and she started to throw out all this irrelevant mumbo jumbo about why it was wrong and blah blah blah. But I kept pointing out the irrelevances and fallacies till she finally blurted out "FEELINGS COME FIRST!!!". The look on her face told me that even she knew that was the dumbest thing she could say on the matter.
Oh yeah. Now I remember. We were talking about U.S. immigration and how mean we are to the poor Mexicans.
