He is a real life mole and he left that woman speechless:  :-)

i have two vocal teabaggers in my practice - husband and wife:
the wife was in today for an 'emergency' right before the holiday of course...

She tells me: "They're still trying to find out who Obama really is and where he came from. Did you hear that they're close to finding out?" And she looks at me with those eyes that penetrate to the back of one's skull.

My reply paraphrased: "Well, your problem is that Orly Taitz poisoned the well for you. She and all the other whack-jobs posited theories and so you'll never know even if the 'right' one ever comes out. (Let me just say for the record that my method of dealiing with these loonies is to partially 'agree' with them and then diverge to sanity). See, they did that with the assassinations - by having all these theories, no one will ever know the real circumstances surrounding them - (under my breath) - except Richard Sprague (to myself I said that). Moreover (yes I really do use words like that when I'm pontificating), 'we' don't have a candidate whose likeability approaches Obama's, due to the fact that they've been in attack mode unceasingly. And that's what has happened to your cause - you're dismissed out of hand. Sorry."

She was dumbfounded...9

If you stop moving, they just start shoveling dirt on you.

3. Good for you! I wish everyone responded to these people in this honest way

Why are they so interested in having you understand their bs?"When I give food to the poor, they call me a saint. When I ask why they are poor, they call me a Communist" (Dom Hélder Pessoa Câmara)

I'm really disappointed in the janitor.   He started that terminal illness storyline, then abandoned it. It could have been very entertaining.

I go to the dentist to get my teeth worked on,I don`t care about politics there and doubt very many others do either.
Why the DUmp keeps believing that his place of employment is an around the clock conservative rally is just another unexplainable rung on the demented ladder to insanity.

Same here. I really don't care what political party my dentist and his staff belongs to as long as I get my teeth fixed as painless as possible. Besides... it's kinda hard to talk when you got two pairs of hands and equipment in your mouth. For that matter the only thing my dentist ever says to me is "open wider".   :-)

I'd be very reluctant to use a democrat doctor or dentist.

Doctors and dentists work hard, and are highly intelligent and productive.

The democrat political  philosophy values none of that.

A democrat in one of those professions is either mentally unbalanced, or a product of affirmative action, i.e., too DUmb for the job.

I want nothing to do with either.

Of course, no healthcare professional would discuss his personal politics with a patient, one strong clue this DUmmy, like all DUmmies, is a liar.

The real conversation: PC Janitor says, "Aren't those idiots trying to prove President Obama wasn't born here nuts?" The wife, "I have no idea what the hell you're talking about!"

PCIntern is such a bore.  He talks the big man talk at the office (lie) but let a little tropical wind and rain fall on him and the panties come out.    :rotf:

I have never had a dentist or a doctor ever bring up or try to discuss politics with me during a visit but then I don't go to moonbats to do business.  I did end up with a moonbat doctor last year.  She looked like one, dressed like one, had that Sarah Ibuprofen attitude, no politics were spoken. She had the moonbat aura. And smell. I got rid of her quick. I told my husband hell no, I am never going to her again.  Even the nurses in the hospital disliked her.

I picture PCIntern being like that.  Old sour puss.  He needs to be grateful for conservative business.  We all know how DUmmies extract their own teeth.  PCIntern would be out on his behind if teabaggers quit going to him.

Idiot.   :-)

Should Newt win the nomination I predict the messiah will beg out of debates - there isn't an American alive who won't enjoy the systematic political slaughter that Newt will inflict on him.

Far too delicious to miss.  Ratings through the roof.   Good stuff and times to be had for sure.

...and the TOTUS will tell him to say something like, "I am to busy for this nonsense. The business of America is far to important to me to take valuble time away from it to blah-blah-blah."

When he actually means. "What do you idiots take me for, ... a fool!"

Or when he means that either he and/or Mooshell are taking another vacation, or the schedule conflicts with his tee times.

Umm, doesn't the Patient Privacy Act apply here?

No, because the janitor doesn't have access to the patient's actual care to be able to discuss it...

I'm sure, if he did have said access, he would talk about their care if it was particularly juicy.

I think the Act applies to all who work in healthcare though, that includes Housekeeping and the Dietary Staff etc. You're not allowed to discuss Patients with anyone not authorized, and to post about his patients on a public message board is not only irresponsible but downright illegal.

It might.  I certainly wouldn't tell "personal" stories like this online.  If a coworker or supervisor sees these stories and has an ability to ID the specific patient, he could be fired.  To my knowledge, the only time it's OK to give out any "personal" information at all is if the patient signs a permission form or you are asked by an authority - say, through a court request or an officer with a warrant.

If he knows their names, he has enough information to get in trouble.

Violations of HIPPA have to include "details about patient care" and "personally identifiable information". So unless the dental office janitor gives names or addresses, he's still in the clear.

In actuality, we are taught to keep quiet about all details unless they are needed by another medical professional.  What he's said might not be strictly against regulations, but could be enough for his supervisor to decide he blabs too much.  Most healthcare providers would prefer to be too careful, someone with a loose tongue could mention too much.

I remember the DUmmies and the left in general having their panties in a wad when Kansas, (I think) wanted general information with no identifying factors about women getting abortions.

Yep.  All that was needed was the patient's age.  That is what made the problem, of course...there were an awful lot of girls 14 and under that were given abortions without anyone notifying the proper authorities about a likely statutory rape case.  That's our left...as long as the evidence can be discarded, they don't care how many little girls are hurt.  (In fact, they did discard a lot of medical records, also, and the current AG is still working on this case.  If the facts were ever allowed to be widely known, it would paint a bleak picture of the left's support for "legal" murder.)
