Title: Buying a condo hotel
Post by: Lacarnut on December 20, 2011, 01:59:30 PM
Decided to take the plunge to buy a 1br condo in Orange Beach Al. Made an offer and we will see. Realtor will send purchase agreement in the next day or two. Today is my birthday ...75 years young....so it is now or never in making a move to purchase a vacation and investment beach condo.

Whoa......somebody older than me? We need our own forum - those of us 70+ anyway! (http://members.socket.net/~mcruzan/avatars/toothless.gif)

Oh now, I don't see any old people here.

Some however have had a great deal more experience in life than others, though.

Not a Time Share, is it?      :panic:

Nope. A timeshare is a loser. I will have full ownership of the condo, and the hotel association will manage and rent it out.
