Trent Arsenault, 36, of Fremont, California, has donated sperm since 2005
But the FDA, who regulate sperm banks, has given Mr Arsenault a ‘cease-and-desist order’, claiming he is unlawfully manufacturing human cells.

Nuts, how do you make it illegal to give away sperm. Oh yes it cannot be taxed,and cuts into the profits of the medical fertility clinics.
So now men who have sex are now going to have to get a business licence to do so even if they are giving it away for free??? Hi Sailor new in town, do you have a license to donate me your sperm ???
What the heck, if this man had impregnated 60 woman by the old and tried method, would we demand he be castrated even if no woman objected??
This man places his sperm out there for free, he has quite a few people that want or need it, so where is his rights to donate sperm to anyone that wants it.
Follow the money Honey, if men are allowed to sell or give away their sperm, the huge medical clinics will loose money big time.
Show me any law that regulates a mans sperm, this is all about the Money.
