You are one of the best. I see no reason why they will, another mod posted clean slate in another thread, I will nit be happy having 10 years of my journal archived, and my ignore list stripped especially since there are a number of posters who I despise and should not have to put up with viewing or having them decide my fate here.

It's my understanding all of them are just collections of their posts on Skins's island, no new material in them.
I thought they were like blogs but regardless,it is clear that skins wanted them removed from easy viewing.

I recall a few years ago skimming the "journals" of the subway cat, Pedro Picasso, and NanceGregg's husband--and didn't see anything but links to, and excerpts from, their comments on Skins's island.
In other words, nothing I hadn't seen before already.

I can't bother saying much. Many many others have said more and better as to how badly sold out many of us feel. 10 years of posting here, and it's all rubbish, journal is archived, ignore list archived, watch what you say, maybe that's what they wanted all along, your edits are viewed, and you are judged by the most loathsome of people ever to post on DU. I'm too old for games and politics, and people who knife you in the back.

Yeah, I know who they are; they don't come here often.
And it's pretty hard to "ignore" a moderator, because one can't ignore a moderator in the moderator's own forums, and as you can see from the forum page, franksolich moderates a great deal of the real-estate here.
