I spent my BevMo! gift card that I received for Christmas a couple of weeks ago. One of bottles I bought was a Cockburn's Special Reserve Porto.
I've never drank porto and I have no idea what to pair with it food-wise, if anything.
Any ideas?

I can't believe we don't have a smart ass smiley.

Port is best drunk after a meal. I recommend a good quality cheese Stilton is traditional, but as I don't like Stilton much I usually go with a strongish tasting cheese (and crackers)

Agreed. Or to go another way, very rich very dark chocolate with very ripe raspberries or orange slices. Make sure the tastes are distinctive and lush to offset (feature) it.
Don't forget to let the port breath and to strain it well in a silver (not steel) strain if you have one.

Why not just get a Portwine Cheeseball and some crackers and be done with it? :-)

Dang, I used to love those. To fatty for me these days but when I see one and take a small taste I am transported back to holidays when I was in college.

Cheese Wiz and Bagel Chips.
That goes rather well with a snappy Boones Farm product but it may work!

Don't be hatin' on me now!
There is just as much charm in aerosol cheese and a screw top wine as there is in a vintage port and a wheel of fine aged chedder. It all depends on what you are in the mood for.
I drink 20 year old scotch AND have been known to down the odd "Fourty" now and then.
What can I say. I'm a complex guy.
