Kudos to Skinner and his team
They should be commended on the hard work they have done to roll out DU3.
I fully understand the hard work this must have been having just completed a very big database rollout at work where I was the project leader. It was a year long effort.
Excellent job and remember this, most critics don't have a clue how much work this was. But it will be worth it.

One wonders why the sooopergeniuses couldn't be bothered to put in an automatic redirect. It's not that difficult. Incompetence, perhaps?

Well, what bothers me is none of the old campfires were transferred to the new DUnumbers.
Of course, we were warned about that; we knew that already.
But I'd forgotten what happens when a site starts anew.
Try to remember back to the first few days of conservativecave; how sparse the material was.
I think I'm going to keep the boat dry-docked the next several days, until Skins builds up an inventory of campfires there.
