First lady Michelle Obama enjoyed a lovely evening at Co Co. Sala on F Street on Monday night. A Yeas & Nays source tells us she dined with seven friends for dinner and, of course, dessert -- which featured an edible chocolate sculpture and house-made artisanal chocolates by Chef Santosh Tiptur. We're told Obama's favorite savory was Chef Tiptur's Moroccan Swordfish Sliders with chermoula marinade, fennel salad, aged pecorino and hazelnut coffee dressing. The restaurant owners later posted to Twitter about their excitement of having her as a guest. "It was such an honor to have first lady Michelle Obama dine at Co Co. Sala last night. What an exciting and humbling experience!"

Funny, no mention of peas anywhere in there.  I wonder how many calories were in that dessert as well?

Strange do you not think that in to days economy the  first lady would keep a low profile.

Who the hell does she think she is Martha Washington who outraged people with her shopping sprees.

However to take another look at this, where is Obama , her husband guiding her on her actions. Is he impotent to control his wife,  is she a perfectally normal woman that has a husband that is president????

I do not know about the other woman in the forum but, if my hubby became president, I would go wild.  Buy the most expensive clothing from famous designers, borrow mega costly jewelry to wear, may or may not give it back. Fire up Airforce 1 to take me to darn near any place on earth I get a yen to see.

Seems Obama has a personal problem on his hands, a wife that is going to get her all before he becomes a one time president.

BTW , anyone Wonder about Obamas sex life, smartest thing he can do now is inpregnant  his wife.  Wow. a whole new talking point.-----9 months of the public following her pregnancy.

Vesta, I don't think they're on speaking terms.

Anyway, 479 comments over at the article.  There's like 2 people bound and determined to defend their precious Moochelle.  Outnumbered, they're sputtering and frothing and reduced to fighting like 8 year olds on the playground.   :lmao:  I like this comment:

Perhaps because we pay for this life of opulent overindulgence, while her husband is out to make sure no one but his fellow elitists will ever be allowed to live like this.

Oh my, the comments are a hoot.  Someone else coined a term I like:  "Gimmecrats."
