A Virginia man used his cell phone to secretly record his mother-in-law undressed in the bathroom, police charge.
Jason Good, 40, was busted yesterday on a misdemeanor charge of filming/videotaping an undressed person, according to a Henrico County Division of police statement.
Cops had been contacted earlier Sunday by Good’s wife, who “was looking through her husband’s cell phone when she located a video of an adult female using the restroom.†After “further investigation,†police reported, “the reporting person was able to identify the female...it was her 57 year old mother.â€
The woman videotaped does not live in the Maple Creek Court home where she was surreptitiously filmed.
When officers responded to Good’s residence, his wife directed them to “a hole located in the wall between the garage and the bathroom.†Good was subsequently interviewed by cops and arrested.
It is unclear if the surreptitious filming occurred over the Thanksgiving weekend.

Long, these men are out there everywhere. The greatest invention for the Perv market was the cell phone camera. Photos, up under skirts, lots of photos of feet for the toe fetish folks.
Is that man talking on his phone or taking pictures of my children's butts????
Huge money makers today are the inexpensive divices one can buy to be used to scan changing rooms in stores, or an apartment to insure the landlord has not drilled holes in the bathroom or bedroom walls.
Before the cell phone cameras came out, in the town next door Hotel from a national chain had a one paragraph in the local paper that someone found the maintenance access behind a dozen rooms had holes in the walls looking at the beds in the rooms. What was not published was the big pile of butts and joints, beer bottles and the chairs under each peep hole.
Crime buffs, anyone remember the case of a well loved Deacon in a southern church that had a big in ground pool and the church members encouraged to gather at his home and use the pool.???
Seems his neighbor had lent a video to the mans children and a month later her kids wanted to watch it again. The neighbor went to fetch the video but no one was at home but the door was unlocked. She went in and took what she thought was her film.
She went home and when the video came on there was her 13 year old daughter using the toilet in the pool house. Then she saw herself and other ladies in the church undressed using the toilet among other things.
What to do, her daughter was hysterical that if parents pressed charges the video of her on the toilet would become public. The neighbor was not too keen on having nude pictures of herself placed on display to the public either.
So they took the easy way out, or so they thought, and just told the woman on the films about what she had found. DISTASTER. No one believed her as she refused to show the film to anyone.
Wasn't but a heart beat after that the Deacons phone rang off the hook, he lawyered up and sued the family.
Both parents were KICKED out of the Church and lost their jobs.
No one in town would believe them, they received death threats., towns police Chief and family who attended the Church and spent time in the Deacons pool, made sure every time an officer saw their car on the road they were stopped and harassed.
Finally the family went way out of town to hire their own lawyer and he called the State Police in after making about 20 duplicates of the film, just in case the film became --LOST somehow. Sure enough the first 2 duplicates did get lost but the original was under lock and key.
The day the film was shown to the DA that recognised his niece, the Police Chief saw his wife in the buff, then charges were placed. One heck of a trial, cameras in court televised start to finish. 2 books have been written about this later.
What this family went through is gripping reading, suddenly all the woman who had brought their girls over to swim and they themselves did so were going nuts, terrified they or children were on that film.
Strange but when the film was shown in court, clippings of the kids faces had been removed and the faces of the adult women also blanked out. A few things got past the censures as in identifying woman by their jewelry, or birth marks and moles.
Interesting the Deacon was given 10 years, served 4 and he and family moved out of town to another state.
The family that blew the whistle soon not only got better jobs from the members that they protected from notice but were welcomed back to their church and the Husband is now himself a Deacon.
Interesting how the privacy laws have not kept up with technology.
