Perhaps. I don't think Amazon is being intentionally racist, or at least I hope they are not. However, it seems to me that if they want to avoid the appearance, the prices should be the same

Toys and dolls are part of culture, if you are a white family, the girls get a white baby doll. Black, Latino or Asian a baby doll that reflects the race of the parents.

I got into big trouble when I bought a Baby Brother for a granddaughter 4 years old that just had a new born brother arrive.
The doll was life size for a new born and came with atomically correct features. So as the child saw her brothers diapers changed why not let her know that this was normal for a baby boy??
The Grandparents on the other side pitched a hissy fit, how could I give a baby a obscene gift. Some intense conversations took place there after. All came to an end when:
In the news a mother brought home a baby boy and when 3 year old asked mother what all that stuff was between his legs she told the child the doctor forgot to cut it off. Oh Shit the little girl grabbed a pair of scissors and tried to help the baby by doing it themself.

If I were from a Black family, why give a white doll to the kids, all ways feminine and any other race this goes for the same thing. Why not reality for the dolls we give our children, Toys we give our kids, are they not toys a teaching method for the youngsters to learn about adult life ????
