I have had to deal with two types of bullies lately.
Those who attack me for being Gay & those who attack me for my faith.
Both are bullies and one is no better than the other. Bullies come in all shapes, sizes, genders & sexualities.
Tolerance goes a long way, intolerance will eat your life away until your an old lonely person.

Those in charge refused to come to the aid of a young sexually confused boy when he needed adult intervention in something that was so very ****ing wrong.
As a mother, I would think that you would understand that sometimes children don't understand what's happening and they don't know how to say 'no'.
But I guess you'd prefer to turn a blind eye to the realities of life.
Pretty much like my own mother did.

I don't blame all men for some men's attacks on women, for example; and I don't blame all priests for the despicable actions of a few.

30. The religion forum is ALREADY insulated from honest questions challenging Christianity.
I have had several threads locked that opened with, for example, "Is Christianity superstition?" or some such title, I didn't even expound on my own, the thread was polite discussion, and BOOM, it got locked.
Polite discussion? Really? Calling the world's largest religion 'superstition' was polite?

Christians are not oppressed, no matter how frequently they claim to be. The entire "Christians are the oppressed majority!!!!!" meme was invented by the fundamentalists to hammer people with when they don't let them harass gay people and control women.
If it's true that moderate Christians don't like fundamentalists, why do they automatically close ranks with them every time they decide their religion is "under attack"?

Family as Christians are to some extent intwined and will close ranks when threatened. Heck when Israel needs help we are there in lock step to help the Jews as our Jesus was a Jew.
When the Muslam faith threatens Christians, the Jews will cover our back. I seriously doubt that the worlds Buddest comunity will riot and come to the aid of us Westerners.

Do you dress in drag and hang out at dirty book and film shops ?
I take it you are an adult, not a kid being bullied in school or a play ground.
Have you just been let out of prison for killing a child and not understand why when you live next door to your victim's the family is not overjoyed to see you ?

Once a long time ago someone spread a rumor about me being gay. I ignored it. Know why? Because I do not care what anyone else thinks about me. Several guys asked me what I was gonna do. I said nothing cause I do not care what anyone else thinks. Didn't hurt that all the cute little babes wanted to go out with me to turn me back to the other side. Man I got more women on that rumor than I ever did before or after! :-)

When I was a little lad, because I insisted upon wearing my hair long, which was uncool at the time, I had to deal with it. Plenty of fisticuffs, plenty of dust, flying around in the air. That's when I learned my upper body isn't so great in throwing punches, but man, I have killer legs.
And then other experiences as the years went on; probably due to my cold aloof distant manner.
The latest happened just last week, when a vulgar primitive g-mailed me, suggesting he wanted to give me a Lawrence-of-Arabia "experience."
Some things ain't just never gonna happen.

As long as a gay is married there is no problem. You know the saying women are for babies, men and boys for fun.
Interesting culture, men have no fear of walking down the street holding hands with another man, Long as they have a wife at home. Hugging, kissing and dancing with male friends is the normal way of life.
Males are not expected to be married for anything but to reproduce children, they get love and care from their male friends, to spend time with a wife or have her as a friend is unheard of.
Males rule from birth, the female is but a cow to produce offspring, a 4 year old male knows that if his older sisters or mother give him a hard time he as a male can have them punished severely.
This may have been the culture 1600 years ago but today after all these years I have no idea why females put up with it.
The gays that are caught and hung are the teenage dancing boys with no money to get a wife or when they rebel from being used or go to a more wealthy patron are turned in.
In todays society this is sick and warped, in their society this is just following traditions.

Well Frank... I am considered cold and aloof too. It's more because I am really pretty shy and when I do not know what to say I usually say nothing. As for what other people think about me... or what the dummies think about me for that matter... I got one thing to say about it: "F**k off".
