BTW, I have nominated the OP of this thread, DUmmie Cyrano, for the "Broken Elbow Award," "given to the DUmmie considered to be the most constant and boring whiner on democraticunderground."

On a side note, one of the WORST days of my life was Thanksgiving Day 2001, but it had nothing to do with politics (only a now EX-SPOUSE).

By Christmas 2001, my life had taken a turn for the better, and I have never been happier!   :-)

The dollar has fallen, gas prices are only now coming down, unemployment is much higher now than under Bush, spending increased since the Democrats took over the House in 2007, we have people protesting working Americans with this Occupest crap YET supporting the person who's been in bed with Wall Street. Now they're going to tell us that they can win the argument? pass the freaking potatoes you fools!

Yes, lower than a few months ago, but they're still higher than they were in November 2010.
