Ever wonder why a good number of weight lifters are under 5' 6 " ?????

I got this from the horses mouth, the parents of these kids.

Seems young kids who get into weight lifting build musell mass that is needed for bone development, these kids are loosing height to building upper body strength.

The younger the child the less he will grow.   A kid at 17 has almost all his height and can now concentrate on their upper body, a child of 8-9 under 5' 2" will slow down or even stop the bone growth.

Then there are the steroids the young 20 somethings are in couraged to take.     Oh the horror storeys I have heard, one body builder became so graphic on what happens to woman taking the shots, what happens to their external sex organs ---yuck.

Dead by 40.

That kid doesn't look healthy at all, I don't care how strong he is.
