I have to say that I've been impressed by your OWS updates and insights, but there is one thing that concerns me. Throughout the country the occupy movements seem to be suffering from disease outbreaks as a result of poor sanitation and other issues. You have a vast amount of knowledge in all areas including healthcare. Why have you not posted a primer on DU giving info on how to lessen these outbreaks? I really think that it is wrong of you to withhold your knowledge in this area.
Plus, I'm concerned that your refusal to share your knowledge in this area may be viewed by some as selfishness and will harm your campaign for the 2011 DOTY award.

It very well could.
Nominations begin one week from yesterday (i.e., in about six days), and that lasts for about ten days.
And then voting begins, and lasts for about ten more days.
Twenty-six days is still plenty of time for a primitive to overtake nadin, although I suspect the Taverner primitive's the only one who could do it. But if he tried, he could.

ANY Marina any place has its dark secrets, this I know having lived most of my life around "boat people".
For those new to the sailing world it does not take long to learn to ignore things that are questionable. The cost to rent a slip per year is sometimes more the the boat cost brand new. Pulling the boats for winter, shrink wrapping them and on land storage costs, this is not for anyone that is not wealthy.
Permits have to be bought and paid to the State if one wants to place a ball mooring in the river, even if this river is right out side the front door of your property. Most property extends to the low tide mark, BUT, costs to have property surveyed, a lawyer, to unscramble all the gobbledygook of the regulations, not for the faint of heart. People get murdered in the fight for a good deep water mooring.
At the marinas one seldom sees working boats at the place unless they are there to buy fuel or supplies.
Aye Mates, the water front has always been a dirty cut throat place, a place that is romantic, dangerous and draws in some scurviest folk. The honest people know about all the goings on on the river yet if they want to keep their boat afloat ---just listen to the gossip, and no place is there more gossip then the water front .
Residents of a marina abutment or who live on the water know who is running drugs, or stealing in my area from lobster traps, pulling the traps of others. We have had some nasty Lobster Wars up here, and when it is found someone of money or influence with a big pleasure boat is responsible the court case gets down right nasty.
These men who worked for the A.Legion are just two bit hustlers, Damn fools, lucky they live in Norfork, up here they would become Flotsam and Jetsum.
