...diplomatically, of course, which is a far cry what you're capable of.

I certainly can't blame them for leaving Soetoro out of the loop. They must feel (and likely rightly so) that he would be on the hot line to president I'minajihad in Tehran the minute he was privy to their intentions.

Israels' military feats are legendary and their strike on Iraq's nuclear reactor is the sort of stuff Hollywood couldn't make up.

Sound judgment if true.  Of course anything from an 'Inside source' is always released for reasons that serve the needs of the source, not because of their essential 'Truthiness.'  It could just as likely be a diplomatic pressure play using the Times as a cat's-paw as factual.
