The typical anti-corporate dribble. My favorite part is when they turn on each other.
I have NEVER eaten at BK and have very little respect for ANYONE who does.

Anyone who could be so nutritionally immature, and lack the fortitude to resist pleasuring their palate at the expense of others and the environment should be ashamed of themselves.
Wow, judgemental much? n/t

Don't let the wind knock you off that high pedestal you put yourself on!

20. Okay, I don't eat there anyway, but...
Okay, I don't eat there anyway (because that shit is disgusting), but now I know I will never set foot in a Burger King. I didn't realize they were a subsidiary of Goldmann-Sachs (the C-level executives and board members of whichI woudl gladly line up against a wall and shoot for treason).
:whatever:

I will gladly eat a Whopper for you.

Whoppers are very good. I like that charcoal taste.
They'd be much better if Burger King would torture the cows first.
-
I despise BK but I cannot imagine telling other people it's supposedly too disgusting for them.
Food snobbery is a big issue at the DUmp. If you aren't eating free range tofu wheat eggs 3 times a day they'll look down their noses at you.

Mmmmmm, Whoppers. I wish they still called their fish sandwich the Whaler, though!
:-)

Yeah, I remember Whalers. They changed the name?
Probably some environmental wacko concern.
I have, by the way, eaten whale meat several times in Japan, and it's excellent.
Surprisingly it was very lean, and, as I recall, not especially expensive.
-

Yeah, I believe it's been the "Big Fish Sandwich" for several years now. It did go from being a square portion served on a round Whopper bun to a more fillet-like shape served on a torpedo roll, though, so the sandwich changed as well as the name.

From a fillet to a fish stick? Sounds like it should be called the Minnow, cooked by Gilligan, served by the Skipper. :whistling: ("cause calling it a Whale would be a whopper)
Full disclosure: My roommate from Thailand use to absolutely love Booga King. And I really did try to get his pronunciation right.

I haven't eaten in a BK in 24 years....because the strawberry blonde manager with the Dolly Parton breast got married and moved away. :-)

That's why I don't go to the SuperCuts in Cool Springs. The little red haired girl doesn't work there anymore. :(

Ya know what makes me upset about BK (and McD's, and Wendy's, and the rest of them?)
I can't get a decent meal for under $10 anymore unless I hit the dollar menu, and the surly ****sticks behind the counter can't seem to understand what HOT french fries taste like.
Five Guys, people. Every time I travel to Manch-Vegas, I make a trip there.

I thought a quick trip to the showers was the method that you people preferred.
-
For some reason, I have an urge to eat at BK today. :whistling:
-
Don't know if it's nationwide, but they have new fries now. I was there when they made the changeover at 12:00 sharp last Wed. They're thicker than the old ones/McD's. Very good when hot.
You know, it's been awhile since I've had a fish sandwich. I think I'll hit BK for lunch. Cherokee Prog can go straight to hell.

So it's treason to make money these days? And you'd shoot people for no other reason than they are more successful than you? You dirty fascist bitch.
-
Just for that, if there were a BK in town, I'd leave work to go there.
-
Wendy's used to have the best fries in the business. Now they truly suck. I hope that fat chick on TV makes them go back to the old style.
Five Guys is okay, I guess, but you spend closer to 15 or 20, and have to eat your burger with a knife and fork after if falls apart.

And have you ever eaten at a Wild Willy's locally? The one time I did, aside from the wait, I found the product (fries and burger) far superior to any thing you could hope to get from Wendy, The King, or, Golden Arches.
And this is from a guy who ate a buck's worth of Royal Castle burgers when Nixon was elected. (Nixon had said during the campaign "what this country needs is a good nickle hamburg", and the RC chain took him up on it on the day of his inauguration. ) Math challenged folk will note that I consumed twenty Royal Castle hamburgers which was not all that tough considering you could read the Wall Street Journal through their patty and the bun wasn't anything to write home about either. Those unfamiliar with Royal Castle (Fla. chain in the 60's) might know a similar chain White Castle which is equally as bad.
Possibly the best resturant burger I ever had was in the East Village but for the life of me I can't remember the name of the place.
-
White Castle is still better than Krystal's.

One Whopper combo meal, extra large, comming up!

And is that like saying death by hanging is better than by poison because it is quicker? :rotf:

I've eaten at the one in Rochester a few times. Not a bad place, and the fact I can get a beer to go with my burger makes it all the better. The green chiles have a nice bite to them, and while I haven't had it yet, there's a porterhouse burger that sounds REALLY good.

I have some problems with Five Guys:
1. Their stuff is rather pricy for a fast- food joint.
2. Their burgers are a bit greasy.
3. (Though this may just be a local problem, and it may have gotten better now) Their call- in order service is a joke.
4. Moo- chelle Obama is a big fan of Five Guys.

10 times the hamburger than Wendy's for virtually the same price. Don't even get me started on how much better their fries are.
You want non-greasy, eat a tofu burger.
Never called in. Why?
MooChelle was a big fan of Steak and Shake, I thought. Then again, she'll eat lobster and 1900 calorie burger meals wherever. YOU peons eat the peas and rice cakes, dammit.
-
Best fast food burgers, IMHO, is IN-N-OUT. I think they torture the cows first and then cook them to order.
Note to DUchebags, they put biblical verses on their wrappers so DO NOT GO THERE.

I used to think the same thing, but damned if Five Guys didn't top them. And also hate to admit it, but I like Five Guys' fries better by a whisker.
If In-N-Out tourtures their cows, Five Guys has some fat chick dressed up in a leather nightie tying them up and whipping them before they're cooked.

I will have to try this Five Guys you speak of.

Yeh, show them a picture of Mooshelle before the slaughter. Man, that would make them taste good.

23. Uh, no.
OMG did I forget that sarcasm thingie?
In all fairness, CP was being sarcastic.
I thought a post like that was out of character for him. He's one of the few DUmmies that doesn't have a Louisville Slugger-sized stick up his ass.
