I have a legal question concerning murder.

Let's say, I create a corporate person.

Let's say, I use it to whatever means for a few months. For example, to funnel unlimited cash to a politician.

But that corporate person never produces anything, or hires workers apart from administrative staff.

Clearly, the corporate person does not get past the infant stage.

And then I decide to abort the corporate infant, at only a few months of age, before it even had a chance to grow.

Does the abortion of a corporate person count as murder?

That's exactly what a union is boy, except the corporation would have to pay taxes.

13. Corporations are people and abortion is murder. What's not to understand about that?

What happens if both equations become law of the land and those laws start to interfere?

You decide to start a company, but then the process is interrupted, e.g. due to economic reasons.
You aborted a corporate person.
Under these laws, you could be charged with murder.

And gal, you ain't heard me ramblin' yet.

I think I understand this...

I suspect the primitive OP finds 'corporate personhood' a ridiculous notion, and therefore, he made an equally ridiculous extrapolation to highlight it. The thing is -- all he did was highlight his own stupidity.

Note to primitives :

Jokes and sarcastic humor fail when they need explanation.

I believe he was trying, in the clearest manner of which he was capable, to demonstrate that he doesn't know Jack Shit about either corporations or law.  Or anything else, really.

17. Well, not yet. But the pro-lifers are clearly heading there.
The scenario of legal calamities I have drawn is hypothetical, for now.

Clearly a low-level DUmmy trying to establish a reputation - needs to learn the difference between hypothetical and hallucination.
