10/11. I missed the Medicare question.
-
Eleven of eleven.
<<smarter than the average primitive.

11 out of 11, but I'll admit that Chris' post put me on alert for a tricky question.

It put me on the alert too, but actually it muddied things.
chris_ didn't hint what the correct answer was, and I was wavering between "interest on the national debt" and "Medicare," before picking "Medicare".....and then thought for sure I'd erred.
-
I missed the "government spends most on" and the obesity questions.
-
10/11. I had the obesity rate too high.

Here's Your Score: You correctly answered 10 out of the 11 possible questions, which means you did better on the quiz than 90% of the general public.
ETA: the medicare question, really thought it was more on interest

I had an ergonomics briefing/seminar last week that stated 67% of Americans in the work force are considered official pork-ohs.

11/11. Amazing how many people don't even know basic stuff like this. I'm not talking folks who get one or two wrong, I mean more than 5-6 wrong.

Public schools, 'nuff said.

I suppose it could be a "fault" in the wording. I think they used the specific term "obese" when what I thought I heard was "overweight".

Mostly easy, but I had to guess on a couple.

The DUmmies (http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=439x2178763) found this test. Needless to say they lie about their results. We know every one of them missed the question about spending. They all believe the most money is spent on the military.

11/11. It's depressing seeing how the sample group did. Those are very basic questions and people get half wrong?
