Yep, they stole a Gil Rollover box scraper this time. They would have gotten more but the other pieces fell off the trailer as they were leaving. They're scattered over the field.
This makes about the 15, that's fifteenth, robbery I've had in the last 18 months and they haven't caught anyone or found any of my stolen items. I'm getting damn tired of this added redistribution of my wealth.

It may be time to put up video cameras and let the tapes roll. Most likely, it's the same dumbasses who are stealing you blind. Gotta put a stop to that shit most ricky-tick.

I had some tire traps set...and I flattened quite a few tires but I was advised to remove them before someone got hurt and I got sued.
Hey they were 1,000 feet from the highway. If they are that far off the road, their ass ought to me mine, I think.

What they got was a "Gil Rollover" Box scraper. It's a 3-point hitch implement for a farm tractor. Yoy can pull dirt with it, pull a lever and flip it up to plow and pull the lever again and it rolls on over so you can push dirt backwards. It was a handy thing 40 years ago when I did a little yard landscaping for new homes. Came in handy around the farm when I didn't want to tear up much ground with a bulldozier.
Cost $650 40 years ago, I haven;t seen a new one for sell in years. I guess they may have gotten to expensive or someone found a better way of doing things.

You need to get a crane, and hike up everything way high up so people can't get to it.
And build a fence. A foot or so tall, made of barbed wire.

Hell man nothing stops them.
A farmer had his turkey barn shed raided two weeks ago. It's about a 1/2 mile off the highway. He keeps some tools and stuff in the well house (30' x 30') and they broke into it. They drove a pickup through the woods, cut 6 strands of barbed wire on the backside of his place, drove accross his pasture....the gate was open, all they had to do was drive down it to the barns ....but they would rather let all his cows out. That's how he found out he had been robbed. People were calling him in the middle of the night telling him his cows were out.
It doesn't matter if they catch them, hell they're back on the street in a few days at most. Things won't change until they start stealing judges, lawyers and politicians blind. :mad:

sounds like something used for hard work, so obviously the DUmmies are stealing it to sell off for more money for weed, meth and cheetos.

It was in one of the many scrap metal yards by high noon monday. Doesn't matter that it was in good shape and functional. Idiots steal things and sell them for pennies by the pound. It's the fastest, safest way to get quick dope money.

Get a game camera and then you'll have something to take to the police. Or set up a camera that alerts you, and shoot them dead.

dig a 10' moat around your equipment and cover it. Make sure you put spikes facing up on the bottom of the moat so they get stuck :fuelfire:
