Ron Paul said we should cut all foreign aid to Israel and no one clapped

You could have heard a pin drop.
Reminded me of the time I walked into a bar on the south side of Chicago once. It was the first time I had been there and I didn't know anyone in the place and I didn't quite fit in. The music stopped. People ended their conversation and began staring at me. I got a 6-pack to go and damn near sprinted out of the place. That quiet.

1. That's because the American public
believes the myth of the plucky little democracy fighting for it's life. There is no such thing as a true democracy that is also a theocracy, and Israel has been well-funded from the start. However, it still doesn't give it's holocaust survivors enough to live on and is stealin resources from the Palestinians to support their standard of living; including overusing the water table.
Frankly, cutting their aid budget in favour of helping Africa get its house in order is a better use of resources.

4. Here's a scenario I see building up for next year:
The Republicans nominate Cain.
Ron Paul decides to run independent.
The teabaggers go for Cain.
Paul picks up the libertarians and some lefties.
Obama takes the moderate Dems.
Whichever way the election goes, about two-thirds of Americans are unhappy with the result.
Where do we go from there?
A small camp fire so far.

How is that possible, I could have sworn us teabaggers were racist so we would never vote for a black man.
:whatever:

This one is easy. We give foreign aid to the countries that support our way of life and vote with us at the UN.

I guess PDJane doesn't realize that Israel is a secular government, not a theocracy.

im all for eliminating foreign aid, all of it
including the assistance to foreign countries through the farce of the UN.

Because being black or white is unrelated to one's skin-colour or ancestry...

I walked into a black bar once.....
I sat down at the bar, enjoyed my drink, and was invited over to a table with a bunch of nice women. They were older then me but we all had a fun conversation and I left a couple of hours later.
If the DUmmy's story is even a little true I would love to know what he did when he opened the door to make the room go quiet.
