A large group of Senate Republicans unveiled a jobs bill Thursday, saying they were tired of hearing President Obama assert they had not put forward a plan to spur hiring and jump-start the economy.
The bill is something of a greatest hits of Republican economic proposals. It calls for tax reform that lowers tax rates, repeal of the new healthcare law, a balance budget amendment to the Constitution and expansion of offshore oil drilling.

1. Nasty...
... and fewer jobs in the bargain.
Oil drilling alone will create more jobs than 0bama has created or saved in 3 years.

3. I'm just going to stick my fingers in my ears and sing la-la-la.
It's what they do to us, quite literally. And it's just easier than trying to wrap my brain around how completely and utterly stupid they have become and how they are driving us further and further and further into the ground.
That is the typical primitive reaction to truth.
Notice they can't argue that any of those measures won't create jobs, so they stick their fingers in their ears.
It's a sad thing that they only want to keep one guy in a job, and are willing to deny millions of others a job.

The only jobs Democrats are interested in are the 'right' jobs - e.g.
Green Initiatives
Professional Student
Liberal Arts
Government
Anything involving industries they dislike, or involving any real work on their part is verboten.
