When Paula Deen met Michelle Obama, it wasn't exactly the queen of butter versus the first lady of garden greens. Deen, known for her delicious not-so-good-for-you recipes like Gooey Butter Cake, said the two women had more in common than you might expect.
"Well, I did a show with Michelle and I just loved being with her," Deen told Yeas & Nays. "She probably ate more than any other guest I've ever had on the show —she kept eating even during commercials." Deen taught Obama how to fry shrimp during a TV segment in September before the 2008 presidential election. "You know what their favorite foods are — it's hot wings, you know, those kinds of foods that are not necessarily top-of-the-list healthy foods, so she's no different than the rest of us," Deen said.

Entirely possible. Paula is no dummy and since she built her fortune by busting her butt for many a year on end, you'd think that the world fawning over TFW and Barry is enough to make Paula puke.

Mrs E is addicted to TV/Dr Oz/Dr Phil/Anything-on-Foodnetwork, so that means if I want to talk to Mrs E I gotta wait for the commercials.

But yeah, I caught a little of that. The whole gist was Paula trying to make a batch of mac 'n cheese using evaporated milk.

Those are madras plaid shorts. I wore some when I went through my preppy phase back in the 80's. :whatever:
What kills me is the bra strap. I hate it when bra straps show outside of a sleeve, on ANYONE.

I dunno. I will admit I am not a fashion plate. I was just raised thinking that revealing undergarments in public was tacky.
And, as much as I prefer to go braless, I will conform to what "I" believe is socially acceptable and wear my over-the-shoulder-boulder-holder as I should. O-)

It's gotten to the point that, for those who go into that sort of fashion, a bra is not considered "undergarments" any more. It's just another item of clothing to put on -- which I think explains the silk-type textures you see all the time.
