SALEM, Ore. -- Cell phone text messages between two groups of people in Salem led to a street brawl Tuesday.
Police said they broke up a fight involving 15 to 20 people armed with sticks and bats at about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The fight started with two groups of people text messaging insults and threats back and forth on their cell phones for about three hours.
