DUmmie Occupy Wall Street says they have priniciples (http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=439x2082852)
It only took "Occupy Zuccoti Park with permission of the Corporate owner" to produce a list of priniciples that is nothing more than the same old stale crap priniciples they always produce.
PRINCIPLES OF SOLIDARITY
The following Principles of Solidarity has been adopted by the New York City General Assembly (at Liberty Park) as a "living document: that will be revised through the democratic process of the N.Y.C. General Assembly.
Yeah, yeah, we already know it only means whatever you say it means at any given moment.
On September 17, 2011, people from all across the United States of America and the world came to protest the blatant injustices of our times perpetrated by the economic and political elites. On the 17th we as individuals rose up against the political disenfranchisement and social and economic injustice. We spoke out, resisted, and occupied Wall Street. Today we proudly remain in Liberty Square constituting ourselves as autonomous political beings engaged in non-violent political disobedience and building solidarity based on mutual respect, acceptance, and love. It is from these reclaimed grounds that we say to all Americans and to the world: Enough! How many crises does it take? We are the 99% and we have moved to reclaim our mortgaged future.
More like mutual aversion to taking a shower, holding down a job, or having to breathe for yourself. That and a mutual love of pot.
Through a direct democratic process, we have come together as individual and crafted these principles of solidarity, which are points of unity that include, but are not limited to:
Why not include everything?
- Engage in direct and transparent democracy
So that the very people you claim to oppose could hold you in absolute tyranny of your own fellows.
- Exercise personal and collective responsibility
Those with personal responsibility don't need a collective.
- Recognize individuals' inherent privilege and the influence it has on all interactions
Inherent privilege? You mean like life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as given by a creator?
- Empower one another against all forms of oppression
You jackals wouldn't know real oppression if it were literally gnawing your ass off.
- Redefine how labor is valued
And how do you propose to do that? Make labor so costly that no one can afford to do anything? What does that achieve?
- Sanctify individual privacy
Yet you support national healthcare and want to regulate people's speech and thoughts. Did you really think this through?
- Support a belief that education is a human right
How does this work? Who gets to determine your standard for education? What education is considered enough?
- Endeavor to support wide application of the Open Source concept
Wait! You want everyone to support LINUX OS? What about Apple users?
We are daring to imagine a new socio-political and economic alternative that offers greater possibility of equality. We are consolidating the other proposed principles of solidarity, after which demands will follow.
Equality? **** Equality. I don't want to be equally miserable with you. I won't settle for less than equal oppurtunity.
-- from the Occupied Wall Street Journal, Saturday, October 8, 2011.
Impress me, hippie. Release you're little journal on January 8, 2012 from your little park.
Principles first, then demands.
We are the 99%.
Principles? You have none. Demands? I read Marx, I already know you're demands. 99%? You don't even represent most Democrats.

Redefine how labor is valued
Look. Dumbass.
No one is going to put up their own capital, risk losing it all (maybe after already having failed several times), work the 7-day weeks and 16-hour days, have their family suffer, and spend years of their life building a successful business just to have a bunch of strangers come in and demand an equal share pay-wise as the owner simply because you work there. Only in your wildest ****ing drug-induced fantasy will you see that. It ain't gonna happen. Get that through your thick, propagandized skulls. You're not worth it compared to what the owner has already invested, and frankly, you're not worth it in personal productivity. Not with your shit "I'll-do-what-I-want-and-****-The-Man" attitudes you bring to work with you.
You don't like the way business works, start your own little co-ops with your own money and your own likeminded workers with everyone taking an equal split. See how long it takes before some of your people figure out they can do a lot less for the same amount of compensation and you're at each others throats over it. That'll be entertaining as hell for the rest of us to watch.

Just to let everyone know here, since this is a perfect place to tell you all, that a friend in NY told me after he talked with an NYPD officer there are a small group of protesters that are bluntly packing heat. They obtained their NY Conceal carry permits a while back. They caught one who did a poor job in concealment. So NYC or any other Occupy Everything location residents, BEWARE!

I find it so peculiar that NYPD were celebrated post 9/11, now they are the enemy again. DUchebag lurkers will think it's a bouncy or teabagger agent provocateurs. To them I say, would you like to search every protester?
-
I bet they have a problem with gravity it keeps the people down. Entropy has to be turned back for the fascist law that it is by not giving free energy.
Makes just about as much sense.

A concealed carry permit issued in N.Y. is not valid in NYC. NYC is a lot like Hawaii in that there are very few CC permits issued to anyone not a former police officer or high ranking politician.

Actually in NYC, from what I read, it is VERY expensive. If that is the case though, how they allow it to happen we might never know.

Well, for most of my life those political elites have been the damn democrats.

Last I'd heard, NYC concealed carry permits were as hard to come by as Skittles shitting unicorns. How the hell did these minions of Soros manage to come by them so readily?

My friend Doug who lives in the NYC area (even works there) told me about it. Funny part is when afterhis conversation he was thinking that they protesters believe if the Tea Party can do it "we can too". Neither of us understood how they got their permits. At least the NYPD know now and is ready for anything.

Pitt, you Democrats are going to rue the day OWS happened - Bank it. [/pitt]
No, this isn't a threat - but I stand by initial assertion that OWS and related protesters are going to turn on Obama & the Democrats and help insure a nasty defeat. They aren't going to vote for him again - and most of them did in 2008 - I'm not saying they will vote Republican, but any vote lost by Obama is good for us. Anyway, once Obama loses the majority of college age white kids, he is DONE.
