When you are so far to the left you won't even let John Lewis speak at your rally of the insane, you have fallen off the edge of reality and cannot even find it with the hubble telescope.

Many curious citizens and media outlets came to the first Occupy Atlanta event, and were visible shocked and confused by the consistent Marxism employed by the group. People abandoned their individuality and liberty to be absorbed into a hypnotizing collective. The facilitator made it clear that he was not a "leader" and that everyone was completely equal; words often spoken by leftists, but in this case they actually applied their philosophy. Into this surreal and oppressive environment, Rep. John Lewis, a civil rights hero and icon of American leftism, came to speak as has so often done at left-wing rallies and events in Atlanta. He is practically worshiped in Democrat circles, and was visibly stunned to see these Marxists turn him away. It was reminiscent of previous Marxist revolutions in history when those who ignorantly supported the revolutionaries are, over time, purged and rejected for the "good of the collective", when their usefulness has expired.
Welcome to the new Democratic Party. They're all yours. Congratulations.

Seriously, we need to convince them all there's going to be a "Burning Man" type of gathering out in the middle of the Nevada desert, kind of a, "let's get EVERYONE together and show them how big we REALLY are" kind of deal.
Then we nuke the site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

From what I have seen and heard a major air strike on Detroit would be an upgrade.

I've noticed that they are not posting about the OWS stuff that makes them look bad. This is all over the internet, just like the OWS'er crapping on the cop car, yet..................crickets. The other thing that boggles my mind is zero, zilch, notta mention of ANY of this being Obama's fault. Conservatives were at least honest enough to raise hell, loudly, when George Bush spent too damn much money.

While the new stadium and ball park are relatively nice (mostly since they're new and haven't been trashed yet), the surrounding neighborhoods - especially just to the north - are seething 3rd world shitholes of depravity.

need to be able to make exceptions when you have certain important speakers on tight schedules. It was obvious a majority wanted to give him a couple minutes to speak. I'm sure Lewis would have been very brief. He wasn't going to stand around waiting for them to ****diddle around all day long. This runs counter to common sense, and they just made themselves look like a bunch of fools with no common sense. They need to get real. What a silly fiasco. They just pissed off a WHOLE bunch of people who might be willing to get involved, especally African Americans, and they made themselves look just STUPID. No other way to describe it. Sad.

They'd set aside time at the end of their agenda for members of the Assembly to make statements. If he wanted to show respect & support of the Assembly he could have sat down, joined them & made his statement then.
If they stopped everything they're trying to accomplish every time some random celebrity or politician deigned to offer the huddled masses of the Assembly their valuable pearls of wisdom A) they'd get nothing done, B) they'd be seen as being co-opted by the Democratic Party and the "professional Left" instead of influencing them and C) they'd piss off a whole bunch of people THAT ARE THERE AND ACTUALLY HAVE GOT INVOLVED in order to beg the favor of people who have so far chosen to remain on the sidelines, silent & uninvolved.

Probably one of the dumbest and infantile displays I have seen yet (beside the video of OWS people shitting in the park where they sleep). No wonder so many people have a hard time taking them seriously. The mindless droid-like repeating of whatever the microphone spews out is monotonous and simple minded. It shows that there really is no one in charge. The look on the Congressman's face was classic, "why did I bother to come out to talk to these idiot's?". Embarrassing!

Looks like an awful lot of people, like millions, and now worldwide, are taking them seriously. Sorry you are so disappointed that the American people have finally stood up, in almost every state now, and in over 1000 cities.
Don't worry about the rightwing fake reports on Rep. Lewis at the event. He totally understood the procedure and respected it. He could not stay to speak after their meeting was over, but will no doubt be back as he was invited to speak. Of course Glenn Beck would not tell you that.

The Congressman spoke for himself, and totally disagrees with your and the rightwing media's take on the event.
