There's a lot of "shading" on those cheeks.

Also a lot of under-eye concealer. Must be trying to hide some really dark shadows. Can't imagine that he's losing sleep because he's up working trying to solve the economic problems of country. Has to be losing sleep worrying about having to move out of that big WHITE house and not having servants to do every little thing for you. ::)
