Anyone have any ideas on this trial. what would you do if it was your own child killed overseas ???[17]

I haven't been following this. The appeals court evidently found her innocent. I have no idea whether she did or not.

Meh, I really don't care.  Still trying to really get a grasp on how she was said to have raped the other girl.  I just don't believe that.

My understanding is that the courts finally declared that there wasn't enough evidence connecting her to a crime to charge her with anything.  If so, that is four years of her life wasted due to issues in the Italian legal system. 

I heard that the prosecutor plans to appeal to the Italian Supreme Court, so either he really thinks they do have enough evidence or he is just stuck on her being guilty.

Sounds like he could be like the prosecutor that went after the Duke Lacrosse players.

I don't think she did it, so I am glad Ms. Knox is back in the United States.
