I see no reason why this should be at HHS. Wouldn't mind having a little piece of that with the DoD. Tired of reading "released on condition of anonymity because the person is not authorized to talk to the media." But without a legitimate national security reason or safety of Americans on the line, there is no reason for this move unless you want to hide something or prevent whistleblowers.
