Oh I don't know, given the fact that 50% of people are below average, it's quite probable that DUmbshits are just naturally born as stupid as a bag of hammers.

That doesn't mean they shouldn't be subjected to invasive vivisection and testing, to discover what the hell went wrong with the damned genome, mind you...
