Romney wins big in Michigan straw poll
Republican presidential candidate and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, won the National Journal Hotline/National Association of Home Builders Straw Poll in Michigan Saturday.
Romney received 51 percent of the 681 votes cast reports National Journal.
Texas Gov. Rick Perry gained 17 percent of votes. It was Perry's second straw poll defeat his weekend.

I've met liberals from Michigan. Compared to them, Romney is a conservative. Compared to the rest of the country, however... well, you can make your own decisions.

Between the Black urban vote and the UAW, Michigan is virtually in the bag for Obama no matter who the GOP nominates. Moot point.
