You have to wonder. Since DUmmy cali's humiliating wallduding, has she started hitting the bottle?

just here for a minute. took a bad fall on Tuesday night smashed my tibia and fibula
so i fell and heard it snap. had to crawl out of the house and up the dirt road to my neighbors. took a while for the ambulance. they put in a titanium rod the length of my tibia. just got out of the hospital this evening. It's a huge drag.

Wallduded cali has fallen and she can't get up! Apparently since losing her job she's had her phone taken out, so she crawls through the mud to the neighbor's place.

8. thanks. it was a compound fracture- bone sticking out of the skin
3 months without putting any weight on it. trying to figure it all out.
Eewww. TMI, DUmbass. We don't need to know, because we don't care.
And none of your fellow DUmpmonkeys care, either.

9. Omigod!
That sounds horribly painful!
I hope you have good drugs...
How awful that you didn't fall near a phone!
Please take care, OK?
The CalPig wants the embarrassing details on why wallduded cali doesn't have a phone.
Blink, blink, blink, blink.
For all the stars she gives away to moles, the CalPig could get wallduded cali a prepaid cellphone.

16. thanks peggy. most painful thing that I've ever experienced
the phone was upstairs. I was at the bottom of the stairs. and yes, they're worked out the pain medication. the surgeon says the pain should only be bad for another week. I was 4 hours in surgery!
Pain medication? Now you're talking! Concerned DUmmies may drop by the house.
Lots of DUmmies chime in with sympathy posts for wallduded cali, but not nutcase nadin. She hates cali's guts. Walduded cali gives her insufficient respect.

31. I admire your courage - sending healing vibes
No! Not healing vibes! That's what killed Andy!

She can crawl up the dirt road, but not up the stairs.
Hmmm.
-
At least I broke mine doing something worthwhile instead of stomping on earwigs.
I do feel for her pain, but wonder why she didn't drag herself upstairs to the phone instead of outside onto the road. That makes no sense whatsoever.

Where's the martyrdom in that? Especially with the broken bone sticking out your leg.
One other thing, she can't sue herself so she had to get out of the house. Better to see if the neighbor will roll her about, carelessly drag her into his house and unceremoniously dump her on the couch. Lawyers like that story a lot better.

Sounds like a $25K medicaid bill the working people (those few left) and China will have to pick up.
-
took a while for the ambulance.
Lawsuit.

Whats that I hear ? A train whistle ?!? Rejoice ! Rejoice ! The SSD Express has just arrived !

You know, I'm starting to worry.
nadin's showing the same sort of behavior the sparkling husband dude did lately.
If one hasn't noticed, the sparkling husband dude sort of......well, went away quietly without telling anybody.
And now nadin's doing the same thing, posting less and less.
One wonders what's up with that.

I hope she gets better, but I have a question, wouldn't it of been easier to crawl upstairs to get the phone instead of crawling out of the house and up a dirt road to the neighbors?

Well, yeah, I hope she gets better too; she's got a new grand-nephew, my fellow alum Skins's infant son, and it'd be nice for her to see him.
But as for the injury--and I've had those--it's usually bad enough that if one is alone, one doesn't necessarily think logically. I dunno about anybody else, but I think when a major bone's broken in a major way, one goes through some sort of trauma that shuts down some of the thinking parts of the brain.
So I'm cutting her a lot of slack on this.

Yeah, I just didn't get it at all, unless she was in shock.

Shock, trauma, whatever; I'm not sure the specific term.
From my own experiences, I suspect that in shutting down the pain sensors in the brain, some other parts of the brain shut down too (because everything's all connected in one manner or another), in this case blocking logical thinking. Not all logical thinking--I was never absent that, when it happened to me--but some logical thinking. It just disappears, evaporates.

Well, first of all, she's a DUmmy, and as her recent wallduding episode demonstrates, she doesn't have any thinking parts in her brain.
And second of all, she's a DUmmy, so any time her mouth moves (or her keyboard clicks) she's lying.
The bouncy tale sounds more dramatic if she crawls down the muddy dirt road to the neighbor's house.
In fact, the very presence of a muddy dirt road here in the 21st century is an abomination caused by the local repukes, supported by George W. Bush.
