Anyone who knows the DUmmies doesn't even have to see the thread to know what they are saying.

Yep, one on a drum, a couple on tambourines and the rest doing their happy dance.

The days are numbered for all of us, of course, including you DUmmies.  When you kick the bucket, will people grieve or dance?  Do you believe in Karma, if not God?

What a nasty thread from a nasty group of miserable unhappy people.

BTW, can anyone tell me what Dick Cheney has done that warrants such disgusting behavior from the left? I'm a huge fan of Cheney and never got the hate.

And when Cheney does eventually pass on, the DUmmies claim that there will be quite a line to piss on his grave.  That will NEVER happen, those gutless cowards.  Not to mention if anyone tries, his Halliburton buddies will be hiding in the bushes with sniper rifles. :-)

I am fantisizing an electrified gravesite where the first DUmmy ( no, I don't mean ObieWun) will be found, wang in hand, fried to a crisp . :yahoo:

Think of the screams of pain as a current rushes up the stream into the offending member. :fuelfire:

:lmao:...A friend had a large greenhouse operation. Had several Mexicans working for him plus a few women. There were bathrooms for both sexes. The male Mexicans perferred to just step outside and let it fly. He warned them and told them to use the bathrooms...they didn't listen. He had to put a tall, souped up, electric fence around the panses he was growing outside to keep the deer out. One of the Mexicans pissed on the fence.... :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:...he said the yelling and screaming was awful, sounded like someone was being murdered. It was several days before the fellow could come back to work and his equipment was still swollen. He said they all used the bathroom after that.

He dared to stand up and wage war against the islamic nutjobs who want to harm our Country and way of life.  In a sense he dared to stand up to all that the DUmp stands for.  This Nation is better off for having men like Cheney around.

I can neither vilify nor deify the man.   I never liked him that much, but I thank him for his service to our country.  His was a tough, thankless job and I'm sure it did a number on his ticker.  I admire anyone who will take one for the team, repeatedly, as he did.

As are all of our days, it is the nature of humanity, and far and away for the best to neither know nor count the number.

Dick Cheney is easily among the greatest Americans of the past fifty years. If you read through the detail of his career, it's amazing.

We are so fortunate to have had him at the center of power when the muzzie savages decided to attack. He's largely responsible for building the
security framework that still protects us.

My first response was anger at this thread. Now, it's pity. How bad must your life suck to revel in the misfortunes of others, even enemies? Chalk me up as a definite NON believer in karma, but still, it can't do well for one's psyche to enjoy the fact that a fellow human being is dying.

You could say the same of President George H.W. Bush.  His career is pretty amazing when you look at everything he's done, despite the fact that his presidency was somewhat disappointing.

I believe in Karma inasmuch as I believe God dishes it out.  Now and then He'll come along and give you a wallop, "I SAID Do unto others, etc.  Understand?"

I dunno why there's so much resistance to "kharma" here.

"Kharma"'s just a hip, cool, with-it, trendy word for "what goes around, comes around;" the word's Hindu, but it's Scripturally-based, from ancient Judeo-Christian tradition, but of course the primitives wouldn't be caught dead using it in that context, and so adopt the hip, cool, with-it, trendy Hindu word.

But it's the same thing.  What goes around, comes around.

Cradle to grave Catholic who believes in Karma -- the negative energy you put out there in whatever form is going to find it's way back to you.   God certainly isn't going to shield you from that.

You can run from karma, but you can't hide.   When it catches up to  you, it will kick your ass every.dang.time.

<<has been kicked by kharma too many times to count.

And it always works, never fails, never makes an exception.

If I were a hate-filled primitive, I'd worry.  A lot.

Yup.  Ditto here.  And it works for those who wrong me, too.

They do offer different rates of return on it though - for some it's 1:1, others offer 3:1.  It pays to shop around.

At the risk of derailing the thread, I'm a karma non-believer because bad things happen to undeserving people. God makes it rain on the wicked as well as the good. My hope is that true justice exists in the eternal rather than temporal.

I like anything if it's good but my favorite genres are R&B, Hip Hop, Soul/Neo-Soul, Gospel, Funk, and Country.  :)

I'm a good person, try to be kind, law-abiding...but bad things have happened to me.  However, upon careful soul-searching evaluation, I can trace nearly every instance back to something I did or didn't do.  Even if it's "self-inflicted" karma.

I don't think it's a matter of "bad things happen to good people" and vice versa.  However, if you are unkind or hold hatred or evil or other such malicious mischief in your heart or actions, it WILL bite you in the ass.  If you are kind and pliable with benevolence in your heart toward others, it WILL reward you.  Eventually.  Karma 101.

Dick Cheney is a nice man.  "One of the nicest you could hope to meet."  (something like that   :)   )

He's a realist, I'm sure, about his own mortality.  Most ranchers are.

I'm grateful he served our country as he did.

He has lived a very long and full life, studded with accomplishments and blessed with a talented and loving family.  His passing will not be a tragedy, just an inevitable if regrettable culmination of a life well-lived.

Richard Cheney was my first choice for president in 2000; this was before I saw how awesome George Bush was, and is.

And he was again my first choice for president in 2008, but given his age and condition, that of course was just an idle dream.
