5. Also no black president has ever been elected before. First time for everything.

Bush 1 at this point had a 70% approval rating and lost to Clinton, Reagan had a 46% approval and won a 2nd term.

6. The only hope we have is that the GOP will run some idiot like Perry. He will...scare the hell out of the independents.

8. That's probably his only chance...either Perry or the economy improving significantly in the next year...and the latter isn't happening.

12. Uh, they're not holding the election today.

And Clinton and Reagan both sank much further in their first terms than Obama has.

14. Such open-ended statements...you leave readers to openly interpret your meaning. Brilliant.

You know, one gets the impression the primitives don't like the LoZoccolo primitive very much.

One wonders what's up with that/

It's funny, who ever looks like they are in the lead magically turn into idiotic republicans. Also every Republican President was an idiot as well, did you know that?  Well, except for Lincoln, who was a closet democrat.

But history tells us that his challenger, McClellan, thought Lincoln was an idiot.  So the string remains unbroken.

So perhaps Lincoln was among the historical crack pots that have confused and confounded people forever.

It's the exit polls that count.

So, remember to tell them you voted for Obama... :lmao: What a mess that'll cause.

Perry would beat Obama like a rented mule in the election.

....and no, I am no Perry fan.
