Want a handy printout of our Constitution?

The links below have printable Constitutions in different formats. Reading the Constitution from time to time makes anyone a better citizen.

http://constitutioncenter.org/633876696043236250.pdf - Nicely formatted in PDF format -- 18 pages.

http://www.constitutionbooklet.com / -- A neat little booklet form. Folding instructions are in a nice video on this page.

Well, one has to thank MineralMan for posting this on Skins's island, as the Constitution is something about which the primitives seem woefully ignorant.

1. There's a congressional handout in booklet form

That might be obtainable by making a simple request to one's congressperson. I've had one for more three decades.

I was disappointed, though, when I tried to find a hardbound version to give as a high school graduation gift. I was looking for a simple copy of the Constitution, but there were none. The best I could find was one that was heavily annotated.

3. Cheaper to go to the boostore and get some cheap copies. Done that from time to time... last time I did that, copy ran 99 cents. Hell, hubby has two copies, a paper one and one on the IPOD.

I have three, paper, IPOD and IPAD.

But seriously, the bookstore ones, they hold up pretty nicely.

6. No, actually not. To go to the bookstore, I have to fire up my car. Printing a few pages saves me time and money. Have a nice day.

Damn.

I was actually looking for a nadism, and that one escaped me.

I like how MineralMan got in that "Have a nice day" there at the end. Gave the medic a taste of her own medicine.

I'm surprised Nadin would need to ready the Constitution. I would think she knows it all by heart.

They only need a copy for when Johnny Law nabs them for doing something stupid.

To be honest, I could have sworn she once said her cousin, or something, wrote it.   :-)
