U.S. endures hottest summer since 1936

Skeptics of climate change will have to deal with more evidence contrasting their disbelief.

The U.S. has experienced its hottest summer in 75 years, according to USA Today and the National Climatic Data Center in Asheville, N.C. This latest summer season, with an average temperature of 74.5 degrees, has also been recorded as the second hottest ever. Only the Dust Bowl year of 1936, at 74.6 degrees, was warmer.

The middle south certainly felt the increased heat more than any other region, with Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico having their hottest summers ever. Texas has also suffered through its driest summer on record, with currently enduring its longest drought since the 1950s.

On the opposite side, Oregon and Washington had their coolest summers in history, while California had its wettest.

That is evidence for global climate change how?
The way they tell it the earf is supposed to be one temperature all the time and that has never changed throughout history until the invention of the SUV.

1. no evidence here, the opening sentence is invalid

two events 75 years apart are pretty much random occurrences. these events will have to occur more often and increasingly closer together to show a trend. Valid evidence may be available, but this is not it.

So Globull Warming...I mean Globull Climate Change...hit in 1936? Then it did like 0 and took a vacation until 1950 when it poked its head out and said a quick "boo"? Then it once more did like 0 and took another vacation until just recently when it returned to destroy the world?

Alrighty then.

If DUmmies and Algore really believed CO2 was leading to DOOM!(TM) they would stop exhaling or, at the vey least, minimize the ecological impact by always wearing a bag over thei heads.

So have we had global cooling since 1936?   Having a "hottest" summer doesn't prove jack shit.  The kool aid drinkers need to have something more than one hot summer.  Stupid.

Yet mention one cold winter and that isn't enough data to prove anything, yet one hot summer is supposed to be proof.

Well I am in Texas, and it has been one hot summer.  And what this summer proves to me is that I am glad I wasn't living through the one in 1936.

At least in 1936 they didn't have to put up with "OMG Teh earth is getting warmer!!!11 Were all gonna die!!!".

It was in general a very average summer here.

The democrat science of global warming caused by humans has nothing to do with temperature, and everything to do with damaging American business.
It's an attack on America. Nothing more, nothing less.
Cynical scammers like algore, just like their Y2K predecessors, have identified an opportunity to cash in on the simple-minded dupes who swallow this junk.

Huh...and here we're also being told not to read to much into local phenomena, that we should look at the world as a whole.

Unless it doesn't fit the agenda, I guess.

BINGO!!

The gospel of the Cult of AlGore

I
When it is hotter than normal, it is due to AGW.
When it is cooler than normal, it is due to AGW.
When it is the same temperature, it is due to AGW.

II
When it warmer than normal, it is AGW.
When it is colder than normal, it is weather.

III
SHUT UP!
