WASHINGTON – DEVELOPING -- Federal authorities have come across what they believe may be a credible threat to the U.S. homeland surrounding the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, several sources tell Fox News.
The threat would target New York City or Washington, D.C., sources said. Authorities have obtained what they believe is information on possible suspects tied to central Al Qaeda, but they have not necessarily determined names of possible suspects.
According to a senior U.S. official with knowledge of the threat, "People are aggressively pursuing leads,†and it is "specific enough to elicit worry." Another senior U.S. official stressed the threat is still “unconfirmed†so it is being chased down and investigated

1) terrorists know they have a weak president in office who will not fight back.
2) if its stopped it will be because of the anti-terror machine that Bush built.

Just had a thought at this late hour. Does anyone think Al-Quaeda would be ballsy enough to go after an NFL Stadium. I mean, The first week of the regular season does fall on Sept. 11, 2011. Also, the Giants, and Skins are set to play against each other. With threats to NYC, and DC, it could be a possibility. A big assumption, but a possibility none-the-less.
Eerie thought, and I don't think it will happen, but what if...?

If they could, absolutely they would. That's a wet dream for them. Frankly, we're dealing with a culture and a gutter religion that liberals do not understand. They are unsophisticated, but not stupid (not as stupid as liberals, anyway). They do not deal fairly nor honestly with non-mooslims in any negotiations, which is actually allowed and advocated by their trash religion. They do not want peace, they want domination. They want Sharia Law everywhere. "Peaceful mooslims" want this, too. In fact, if they're not in an active jihad against non-mooslims, they're not really good mooslims.
There's really only one way to deal with this type of culture, and it is with swords (or tactical nukes, these days). This is because that is all that they understand and the only thing they will respect.
