TREASON!
"In law, treason is the crime that covers some of the more serious acts of betrayal of one's sovereign or nation."
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted."
I here by charge the Republican Party and all those associated with the fringe group called the 'Tea Party' with acts of treason against the United States and its citizens.
The bases for these charges: The undermining of the US Government and the Constitution of the United States. Examples include but are not limited to:
The withholding of aide to disaster areas effected by natural occurrences.
Constitutional violations that recognize religion and divert tax funds to private "educational" institutions.
The continued attempt of the dismantling of public services such as: Social Security.
Attempted deregulation of vital public protection organizations i.e. EPA and FDA
Climate Change denial in the face of facts that support it.
Feel free to add more charges...

5. Your whole post is self-contradictory. Unrec.
You spell out the definition of treason under law, then go on to list acts which are clearly not treasonous under the definition you just supplied. Let's not resort to the sort of histrionic invective Anne Coulter employs.

I'm so scared I'm shaking, oh wait the shaking was laughing. :-)

A shining example of why tyranny and brutality always results when power is held by the left.
All dissent is criminalized and eradicated by whatever force and means necessary.

Come and get me DUchebag.
I guarantee it will not end well.

Wasn't this the path of 'Dangerous extremism' when Perry made a vague and passing allusion to it?
:whatever:

That statement alone should win this DUmpster some kind of Idiot of the Year Award. Democrats have been wiping their collective communist asses with the constitution since Woodrow Wilson if not earlier. The only think "progressive" about the "Progressive Liberals" is the ever increasing rate at which they rack up unrepented Constitutional violations.
I mean, the Federal Government forcing people to buy a private product (health insurance) is just an example of the unconstitutional bullchit that liberals have pulled.
This is seriously the type of idiotic liberal thinking that makes secession look brilliant. Look, DUnce, we're at an impasse. You live in your state and we'll live in ours, and when all the jobs and success are in our state, you can rot in misery of your own doing. Just stop chitting in the bed we all sleep in.

11. "Are you now or have you ever been a member of the Republican and or 'Tea' Party?"
Where have I heard that before?
Unrec for unconstitutional political purge. (http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/images/thumbsdown.gif)
Yet the thread still has 13 recommendations. :mental:

The withholding of aide to disaster areas effected by natural occurrences.
You mean like the current administration's refusal to help Texas with wild fires, but giving money to Mexico to do the same thing? Do you mean taking money from Missouri for flood relief and giving that money to the east coast to help out after Irene? Then yes, Obama should be charged with your definition of treason and he should be impeached immediately.
-
Absolutely right, Thundley! I seriously want Darryl Issa to look into that.

9. ...They have opinion leaders who advocate in specific actionable language that right-wing individuals murder government officials, and they have foot soldiers doing the killing.
:mental: Is saras trying to make Jared Loughner a teapartier again?

Can someone show me where the disaster relief clause is? I've looked and can't find it. Also, did the 1st amendment change to banning religion with an addendum about funding private schools? I also missed the social security clause, the EPA & FDA mandatory creation clause, and the "warming the planet is against the law" amendment. But if global warming is a crime can we send Eric Holder and deputized members of the DUmp to arrest him?

You just know when the primitives write this type of nonsense, they have visions of all the other primitives heaping praise upon them for their logically assembled, bullet proof statement, and their writing going viral and being lauded worldwide by all the intellegensia.
What a small, worthless life they have.
