I see nothing wrong with this, the mug shot shows a young man who is an orphan.  No Mom or dad to tackle the lout and cut his hair, throw him out of the house and stop supporting him.

No family to love him enough to whack the kid on the head and tell him to straighten out.

What is one to do when there is no tough love or discipline in ones life???    This man did what he had to do under the circumstances, I am sure he is not alone.  He headed for a pet shop, stuffed snakes down his pants and resold them.

At least he was smarter then the people that in his place in life stuff live crabs or lobsters in their shorts.
